GSET’S Director Of Innovation, Ernest Gavor, Welcomed As Speaker Of Digital Learning Africa Summit

The International Business Forum has welcomed Ernest Gavor on board as an official speaker for this year’s Digital Learning Africa Summit. The Digital Learning Summit creates a platform for EdTech companies to get into contact with educational institutions who are working towards developing their digital learning capabilities and offer solutions to challenges they face. It also helps them explore current trends and future demand for education technology in the region.
The goal of this summit is to explore market size for EdTech in the African region, potential clients and a possible market expansion.. In order to make this a reality, IBF has brought together a team of decision makers from top Educational Institutions, Ministries, Universities, Colleges and Schools to help guide and deliberate on the topic of investment opportunities in Africa. The virtual summit is a two day event running from February 3rd to February 4th 2022, which will be live on Facebook and Twitter.
There would be over 1000 delegates across the African continent in attendance, over 30 African countries partaking and over 40 international and Regional speakers all coming together to engage in 4 high powered panel discussions.
Ernest Gavor is an award winner Social Entrepreneur and Technology Innovator. He is the Co-Founder and Director of the Ghana Society for Education Technology (GSET), an accredited CPD provider for educators in Ghana. He leads the annual organisation(Africa Zone) of the biggest EdTech awards, the Global Edtech Startup Awards, which has unearthed several digital learning innovations from Africa.
As the President of Engine Business Network(EBN), Ernest works with a portfolio of over 500 startups, small and growing businesses across Ghana, employing over 2000 youths and women. Ernest has depth in the startup and small business ecosystem of Africa and engages regularly as a consultant and speaker for several universities in the areas of student entrepreneurial mindset development.
