Does the teacher know it all?

Learning is a gradual process. No one is able to capture all wisdom in their heads. Everyone is also trying to find answers to things as others try to create answers to a phenomenon which all entails learning. Fast tracking to our classrooms, there is always the head who seeks all affairs in the classroom and that is the teacher. The question still stands: does the teacher who steers the affairs of the classroom know it all?

Teachers try their best in the output or delivery to the student which will best help them in their grooming and also their livelihood. But the teacher still has to go through learning processes. It is not for any reason why teachers have to go through years of building professional development before given the opportunity to teach but for the fact that they will be able to know what to teach, how to teach and other activities that should be practiced in class.

Learners also give their teachers a reason to learn more as they keep on bringing new findings and other things they read from materials or hear from the radio or even watch from the television.

The learning for the teacher does not end there after education training but he or she must continually strive to develop themselves by attending professional development seminars and training workshops. This is to the fact that new things are being craved and incorporated into our daily schedule and living and it is good for the teacher to be abreast with them as well as the curriculum. The teacher must try out new ways and methodology for teaching and it all boils down to learning on the part of the teacher.

Learners also give their teachers a reason to learn more as they keep on bringing new findings and other things they read from materials or hear from the radio or even watch from the television. Once a teacher is not able to give satisfying answers to his learners, they tend to lose faith in their teacher and begin losing interest in activities suggested by them. This shows that teachers must continually research and learn more to constantly stay ahead of their learners.
